How to Book in with The Wellness Nest
We ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. When you arrive, a staff member will greet you and invite you to make yourself comfortable in our cosy waiting room. If itโs your first time visiting us at The Wellness Nest, you will be asked to fill in a client intake form.

Cancellation Policy
At The Wellness Nest, we understand that sometimes, you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to change your appointment for any reason.
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by calling us directly or contacting us via text. We ask that you give us at least 24 hoursโ notice whenever possible.
A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all consultations. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time, 50% of your consultation fee will be payable. If you cancel within 4 hours of your appointment time, your full consultation fee will be payable.
