Our Cancellation Policy

At The Wellness Nest, we understand that sometimes, you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to change your appointment. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by calling us directly or contacting us via text.

Please note that our cancellation policy is strictly 48 hours for all clients. If you fail to give 48 hours’ notice of your appointment you will be invoiced for the full consultation fee and be expected to pay this within 3 days of the invoice date.  The invoice will be sent via email and bank transfer will be the method of payment.

Running late for your appointment? To ensure punctual service for all clients, appointments that start late due to client tardiness will unfortunately finish at their scheduled time, resulting in a shorter appointment for you.

Can’t find a time that works for you?

Looking for a specific day or time ? We highly recommend you fill in out waitlist form here. Rhianna is currently fully booked 5-6 weeks in advance. However, she is currently experiencing 2-3 reschedules a week so it is very likely something will pop up for you! Any other questions, email Rhianna directly at rhianna@thewellnessnest.com.au.

CHRISTMAS CLOSURE

Rhianna will be taking a well deserved break to end 2025.

Her last treatment day of the year will be Friday 19 December 2025.

She will return on Monday 5 January 2026. Online booking for this period are now open.
